My name is Odin, I'm a certified Personal Trainer with over a decade of experience. I became a Trainer because of my passion for health, fitness and helping/teaching others. I highly value sticking to proven, science based techniques; I'm always learning and keeping up with new literature.

My goal is to make achieving your health & fitness goals as seamless as possible. I'll create a custom program based on your individual needs and abilities, devising realistic steps toward achieving your goals, while providing support and accountability along the way.
